Refund Policy

At Sarva Shuba Pradha, every artwork is a handcrafted labor of love. As our Tanjore paintings are custom-made to order, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and an advance payment is received, the process of creating your unique artwork begins. Therefore, all sales are final.

2. Payment Terms

Our payment process is structured in two parts:

  • Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance is collected to initiate the order and secure materials and labor.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due before the artwork is shipped or handed over.

Failure to make the final payment may result in delays or cancellation, and the advance will not be refunded.

3. Order Cancellations

Because each painting is custom-created based on your preferences, cancellations are not allowed once the advance payment is made. Please review your order carefully before confirming.\

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer refunds, we do our best to ensure that your painting arrives in perfect condition. If your order is:

  • Damaged in transit, or

  • Incorrect due to our error

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the case and may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that:

  • The delivery address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate.

  • You inspect the package at the time of delivery and report visible damage immediately.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information or third-party courier services.
